Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Project Diary mobile application ("App") developed and operated by Tillman Konsult AB ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Sweden. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

2. Free and Premium Tiers

Free tier: You may use the App with all core features at no charge, limited to 5 new notes per calendar day.

Project Diary Pro (Premium): A paid subscription that unlocks unlimited notes, iCloud backup, and an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are billed annually through the Apple App Store.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in the App, including notes, photos, voice recordings, scanned documents, and reports. We do not claim any rights to your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, store, and share using the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information. All user data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of speech recognition, OCR text extraction, or document scanning results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tillman Konsult AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. Data stored locally on your device remains accessible to you.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

Dessa användarvillkor ("Villkor") reglerar din användning av mobilapplikationen Project Diary ("Appen") som utvecklas och drivs av Tillman Konsult AB ("vi", "oss", "vår"), ett bolag registrerat i Sverige. Genom att ladda ner, installera eller använda Appen godkänner du att vara bunden av dessa Villkor.

1. Licens att använda

Vi ger dig en begränsad, icke-exklusiv, icke-överförbar, återkallelig licens att ladda ner och använda Appen på Apple-märkta enheter som du äger eller kontrollerar, i enlighet med Apple App Stores användarvillkor och dessa Villkor.

2. Gratis- och premiumtjänst

Gratisversion: Du kan använda Appen med alla grundfunktioner utan kostnad, begränsat till 5 nya anteckningar per kalenderdag.

Project Diary Pro (Premium): En betald prenumeration som låser upp obegränsade anteckningar, iCloud-backup och en reklamfri upplevelse. Prenumerationer faktureras årsvis via Apple App Store.

3. Ditt innehåll

Du behåller full äganderätt till allt innehåll du skapar i Appen, inklusive anteckningar, foton, röstinspelningar, skannade dokument och rapporter. Vi gör inga anspråk på ditt innehåll.

Du är ensam ansvarig för det innehåll du skapar, lagrar och delar med Appen.

Din användning av Appen regleras också av vår integritetspolicy, som beskriver hur vi hanterar din information. All användardata lagras lokalt på din enhet och valfritt i ditt personliga iCloud-konto.

6. Friskrivning från garantier

Appen tillhandahålls "i befintligt skick" och "som tillgänglig" utan garantier av något slag, varken uttryckliga eller underförstådda. Vi garanterar inte att Appen kommer att vara oavbruten, felfri eller fri från skadliga komponenter.

Vi lämnar inga garantier avseende noggrannheten eller tillförlitligheten hos röstigenkänning, OCR-textextraktion eller dokumentskanningsresultat.

7. Ansvarsbegränsning

I den maximala utsträckning som tillåts enligt tillämplig lag ska Tillman Konsult AB inte vara ansvarigt för indirekta, tillfälliga, speciella, följdskador eller straffskadestånd som uppstår ur eller relaterar till din användning av Appen, inklusive men inte begränsat till förlust av data, förlorad vinst eller avbrott i verksamheten.

Vårt totala ansvar för anspråk som härrör från eller relaterar till dessa Villkor eller Appen ska inte överstiga det belopp du betalat för Appen under de 12 månader som föregår anspråket.

8. Ändringar av Appen och Villkoren

Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra, uppdatera eller avveckla Appen när som helst utan föregående meddelande. Vi kan även uppdatera dessa Villkor från tid till annan. Fortsatt användning av Appen efter ändringar innebär godkännande av de ändrade Villkoren.

9. Uppsägning

Vi kan avsluta eller suspendera din åtkomst till Appen när som helst om du bryter mot dessa Villkor. Vid uppsägning återkallas din licens att använda Appen omedelbart. Data som lagras lokalt på din enhet förblir tillgänglig för dig.

10. Tillämplig lag

Dessa Villkor regleras av och tolkas i enlighet med svensk lag. Eventuella tvister som uppstår ur dessa Villkor ska vara föremål för exklusiv jurisdiktion av svenska domstolar.
